A: I have no clue, everything depends on what you buy and where you buy it from. If you have questions, ask them from the seller/shopping service. Orders under 24€ (atleast in Finland, the limit was 50€ before but they changed it in the beginning of 2013) usually won't go to the customs.
Q: How can you do anything with such long nails?
A: Easily. You get used to it if you want to and I've had super long nails for years. Ofcourse it's hard if you've never really had nails and then decide to get super long ones. But, if you make/grow them longer little by little, it feels natural.
Besides, there's always more than one way to do things. For example, I don't use the tips of my fingers, I use the sides. Think about that. And if you're seriously wondering how do I wipe my butt, you should be ashamed of yourself.
